Timko Developments Ltd. is merely the continuation of a long history of construction in the Davidson family spanning over 30 years. The original family business was incorporated in Alberta in 1975. The company built numerous senior citizen residential complexes, throughout Alberta, during the 80’s before moving their focus to single and multi family housing in the 90’s. The original business was also very active in international building projects, helping those that needed a hand to complete their missions in various parts of the world, including South Africa, Japan, South America and Central America.

Currently Timko Developments Ltd. main office is located in Cochrane Alberta, on the West side of Calgary, and is managed by Tim Davidson and his staff. This area is perfectly situated between the convenience of a world-class city and the unsurpassed beauty and recreation found in the Canadian Rockies.  We also have a second office in Invermere, B.C., where Tim’s brother Ron heads up a recreation home construction division.

In Alberta, Timko Developments Ltd. is also involved in project management having experience in building offices, churches and multi - family residential buildings. We employ very qualified people both in the office and on site to manage all aspects of our business, and can assist in both design and construction of any project.
